Unregistered version of the Product is fully featured. The only restriction is that the GDD will remain operational for 30 minutes, after which time it must be restarted. You are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Product. You are granted the right: to make as many copies of this software and its documentation as you wish; to give exact copies (including all files) of the original version to anyone and to distribute the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. You may use a Shareware Copy for an evaluation period of up to 21 days, in order to determine whether the Product meets your needs before purchasing it. You get the source of the GDD logic and the possibility to modify the functionality of it depending on your own needs.

You have no right to violate the authorship of KylixDriver in all imaginable manifestations leading towards making it Freeware or OpenSource or even developing similar products on any KylixDriver code basis.
